We keep refund decisions simple and handled directly by OAC officers.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you receive the wrong item, a damaged item, or have an issue with your order, contact the club so we can make it right.
Pre-order items are fulfilled after incoming stock arrives. If you need help with a pre-order, reach out to OAC officers before the item is fulfilled.
