As a Recognized Student Organization at Oregon State University, our donations are handled by the OSU Foundation. To help you understand the process, we've outlined the steps below.
The OSU Foundation processes all donations made to the Orange Airsoft Club. Tax receipts and recognitions are provided by the OSU Foundation. Cash donation to the Orange Airsoft Club are not eligible for tax deductions. For more information on tax deductions, please contact the OSU Foundation.
When we receive your donation request, we will start the process of creating a donation activity plan with the OSU Student Leadership & Involvement office.
Once an activity plan has been submitted and approved, we will work with the SLI office to apply for an OSU Foundation donation campaign. This process may take a few days.
After the donation campaign has been approved, the OSU Foundation will open the donation page for the Orange Airsoft Club. We will notify you when the donation page is live.
