Performance and Exhibition Content Policy Acknowledgment

By participating in presentations, demonstrations, or exhibitions at Orange Airsoft Club at Oregon State University events, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Purpose and Alignment

Contributions should support the Club's mission of promoting safe, fun, and educational airsoft activities.

2. Prohibited Content

I will not include:

Political or ideological advocacy
Commercial sales pitches outside approved vendors
Content deemed unsafe or inappropriate under OSU policies

3. Copyright and Content Compliance

All content must respect copyright law. I acknowledge that:

Purchasing media does not equal public performance rights
Licenses are required for most public uses outside educational exemptions
Unauthorized copyrighted content may lead to rejection

4. Compliance and Focus

This policy ensures compliance with OSU regulations and helps keep Club events focused on safety, education, and community-building.

5. Consequences of Non-Compliance

Violation of this policy may result in cancellation of my participation.

6. Event Guidelines

I will follow all club safety rules and event instructions.

7. Eligibility

Students of OSU: Eligible to present without insurance.
Non-students: Must comply with the Non-Student Performer and Presenter Policy.
